How do I contact support?
MozyPro
If you are a MozyPro customer you have three options to contact support:
Phone support: Call us on 0808 234 3567. Please note, you will require your MozyPro support ID number; Phone support is only available to MozyPro customers.
Live Chat: to access live chat, log in to your account at https://mozy.co.uk/login. Then click the "Chat Live with Mozy Support" link at the bottom left of page under "Need Help?". Live chat is available in local languages every day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT. Outside of these hours, live chat is in English only.
Email Support: Email us at emea.support@mozy.com.
MozyHome
