What is the Mozy mobile app?
The first version of Mozy's mobile app has been designed around to fulfil two key functions. Firstly it enables users to securely access the files they protect with Mozy. You can email files as attachments and you can view all the files that are compatible with your mobile platform. Secondly, the mobile app allows users to quickly view photo thumbnails, as well as download the full higher-resolution picture of those for which you want to see in complete detail.
Who can use the mobile app?
Both MozyHome and MozyPro customers worldwide using a Mozy managed encryption key can download the Mozy app.. (Support for personal encryption keys is coming soon!) The app is compatible with iOS mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) running version 4.0 or newer and Android devices running version 2.0 or newer.
Administrative controls for MozyPro admins
MozyPro administrators can use the Admin Console to grant permission for their organisations to use the mobile app.
Haven't got Mozy?
Our free accounts give you 2 GB of backup or you can upgrade to back up much more. You can then access the files you back up on your computers or laptops using the mobile app whenever or wherever you need them!
